At the Good Life Collaborative, we specialise in creating easy read documents that are accessible and understandable to everyone, including people with a learning disability.
We create simple and clear documents, from posters and flyers to complex reports. We work with the NHS and Integrated Care Board (ICB) to make important documents easy to understand.
We have created easy-read versions of important documents like the Joint Forward Plan and the Integrated Care System Strategy for the Integrated Care Board. These documents help explain plans and ideas so everyone can understand and join in the conversation around health and care services in their area.
Our team includes people with a learning disability and autistic people who are paid to help make sure the documents are easy to understand. These documents are also checked by other experts with similar lived experiences to make sure they are clear and correct.
